This book assists supervisors, tutors and practitioners to integrate issues of ‘race’ and culture into all areas of their training programme. The book does not aim to provide a prescriptive account of how to conduct the training; it guides the reader, providing a framework and key references and encourages them to design their own programme by incorporating the exercises, activities, games, role plays and case studies provided in the book.
